SIZE & FIT
Cocobelle Sandals are produced by hand in Italy, so we work with European sizes. These size conversions are displayed in the chart below.
Sandals with a padded sole may initially feel snug. If you are concerned please wear them around the house to explore the fit as the sandals adjust to being worn.
You can also print our sizing template to directly test your foot against our sizing. Click HERE to download the size template. To save paper when printing, be sure to select only the pages of sizes you would like to test.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. Please reach out with any questions at customerservice@cocobelledesigns.com. We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn merchandise within 30 days of ship date. Unfortunately, FINAL sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, and all Return shipping must be paid for by the customer.

E X C H A N G E SAll merchandise must be unworn, unused and in its original condition for any exchange to be approved. All sandals must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox, as this is considered part of the product. Once the returned goods are received, they will be inspected for condition and pending approval and then your new sandals will be sent out to you! If we cannot accept the goods for exchange you will be contacted with your options.
R E T U R N SWe do not offer free returns. All full price merchandise that is unworn, unused and in its original condition is considered eligible for return and refund of your purchase price. All sandals should be returned in their original, undamaged shoeboxes as this is considered part of the product. When approved you may ship them any service that you prefer to the Bergen Logistics address on your return authorization. To initiate a return, please email customerservice@cocobelledesigns.com with the details of your return request. The process takes 7-10 business days of receipt. When goods are inspected and approved, your account will be refunded and a confirmation email will be sent. Refunds will be issued only to the same form of payment utilized for the original order. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
