ARE YOU DOING ANYTHING TO HELP?

We're supporting our longtime partners at Cabana (Liberty Fashion Lifestyle Fairs) in raising money to provide hot meals for essential medical staff in New York City. It may seem like a small gesture but these men and women are working long hours, away from family and making an incredible impact in the fight against the Coronavirus everyday, and a nourishing hot meal is an important moment of respite in the fight.

WILL YOUR ORDER BE ON TIME? 

We're doing everything in our power to move orders out quickly and safely but our warehouse is operating with a reduced workforce and delivery networks are busy, all things considered please understand it will likely take about a week to receive your sandals. We appreciate your patience, understanding and support in these tough times. 

CAN I STILL RETURN MY ORDER? 

Yes, we you can still submit your order for return. It just might take a little longer than usual to process. We are also still offering FREE exchanges on all domestic sandal orders.

CAN I STILL CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

HOW ARE YOU SAFELY FULFILLING ORDERS?

Our warehouse is employing every precaution and safety measure to ensure warehouse employees are able to continue fulfilling orders safely with social distance. They are sanitizing the facility daily, monitoring temperature and providing masks and gloves to all. They have also introduced a 4 day work week and 48 hour wait times on incoming orders to ensure employees aren't unnecessarily exposed.
