Shipping, Exchanges & Returns
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. Please reach out with any questions. We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn merchandise within 30 days of ship date. Unfortunately, FINAL sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, and all Return shipping must be paid for by the customer.

At Cocobelle, exchanges within the continental US are FREE. To begin your exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your request.

All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in it’s original condition for any exchange to be approved. All sandals should be returned in their original, undamaged shoeboxes as this is considered part of the product. Once the returned goods are received, they will be inspected for condition and pending approval: your new sandals will be sent out to you! If we cannot accept the goods for exchange you will be contacted with your options.

We do not offer free returns. All full price merchandise that is unworn, unused and in its original condition is considered eligible for return and refund of your purchase price. All sandals should be returned in their original, undamaged shoeboxes as this is considered part of the product. When approved you may ship them any service that you prefer to the Bergen Logistics address on your return authorization. To initiate a return, please email email@example.com with the details of your return request. The process takes 7-10 business days of receipt. When goods are inspected and approved, your account will be credited and a confirmation email will be sent. Refunds will be issued only to the same form of payment utilized for the original order. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
