WHEN WILL MY SANDALS SHIP? 
While we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee next day or two day delivery.
Please keep in mind that your order will ship from our warehouse within 2 business days with transit times of an additional 1- 5 business days depending on your location.
Thank you for your understanding, patience and for supporting small business! 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT A RESPONSE? 
If you reach out to Cocobelle by email, DM or phone please allow 3 business days for a response. Our small team work normal business hours and we might not be getting back to you because we are also enjoying the weekend (and we'll make every effort to get back to you bright and early on Monday morning).

EXCHANGES  

At Cocobelle, exchanges within the continental US are FREE.
To begin your exchange, please email customerservice@Cocobelledesigns.com with the details of your request. If we have what you are looking for - we will approve your exchange and send you a prepaid UPS label to return your original order. 
All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in its original condition for any exchange to be approved. All sandals should be returned in their original, undamaged shoeboxes as this is considered part of the product.
Once the returned goods are received, they will be inspected for condition and pending approval: your new sandals will be sent out to you! If we cannot accept the goods for exchange you will be contacted with your options.

RETURNS  

At present, we do not offer free returns. All full price merchandise that is unworn, unused and in its original condition is considered eligible for return and refund of your purchase price.
All sandals should be returned in their original, undamaged shoeboxes as this is considered part of the product. When approved you may ship them any service that you prefer to the Bergen Logistics address on your return authorization.
To initiate a return, please email customerservice@cocobelledesigns.com with the details of your return request.
Upon receipt of this request, a return authorization and instructions will be supplied. Merchandise returned to Cocobelledesigns.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.  When goods are inspected and approved, your account will be credited and a confirmation email will be sent. Refunds will be issued only to the same form of payment utilized for the original order.
Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

 ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

All Cocobelle are made by hand, using materials local to our artisanal producers. Our sandals are shipped 100% plastic-free and ship in recycled cardboard mailer boxes. We are always looking for ways to improve our environmental impact as a business, so please contact customerservice@cocobelledesigns.com with any ideas.
